That’s my motto.
This spring break i’m going to so push myself to the limit with fitness since all i have to do is study for my midterm when i go back in the next 2 weeks. Since i’ve been doing weight training and conditioning, i think it’s time to set this whole week for cardio conditioning…and when i go back to my gym it’ll be a combo…except when theres leg day…hell no. especially after dead lifting at 135 & still getting my form down, then squating at 225 then cardio..? i think not. lol.
tomorrow’s the first day of cardio conditioning…worst enemy lol
